We are happy to refund or exchange orders within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us with your name, order number, and reason for returning. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.

Items must be in new, unopened condition for refunds or exchanges. If there are any signs of use, a refund will not be issued. Please note: we are a scent-free company, so returned items must be free of odours, e.g. smoke, perfume, Febreze, etc.

Sale items are final sale! We cannot accept returns on sale items except in special situations (due to defects or errors on our part).

In most cases you will be required to pay the additional shipping for your return / exchange. Exceptions may be made in certain cases (e.g. if you received the wrong item). Again, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will take it from there!
